This Privacy Policy describes how Long COVID Diary collects, uses, and protects information when you use our iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

Long COVID Diary stores your data locally on your device only. We do not operate servers that receive your personal health data. The App may ask you to log:

Daily symptoms and their severity
Mood and energy levels
Breathing exercise activity
Notes and diary entries

2. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your iPhone. We do not have access to this data. Deleting the App permanently removes all stored data.

3. HealthKit

If you grant permission, the App may read or write data to Apple HealthKit. We do not share HealthKit data with third parties or use it for advertising.

4. Analytics

We may collect anonymous crash reports via Apple's built-in tools. This data cannot identify you individually.

5. No Advertising

Long COVID Diary contains no advertisements and does not share data with advertising networks.

6. Not a Medical Device

This app is a personal wellness journaling tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
